Enkel og fleksibel kartonghåndtering
Våre transportører inneholder en rekke elementer. Pålitelighet, hygiene og sikkerhet har vært de viktigste målene i vårt arbeid under utviklingen, samtidig som vi ønsket et fleksibelt system.
Systemet er basert på et stort utvalg enkelt-elementer (kall det gjerne moduler). Dette gjør den meget anvendbar og transportøren kan greit tilpasses forskjellige behov for automatisering.
Vårt lav-friksjon kjede er laget slik for å gi en sikker og behagelig transport for kartongene.
The conveyor-system has a particular feature that protects the return chain in the conveyor body. The smooth surface and the minimum of slits provide a hygienic conveyor, easy to clean.
The chain track is made of polyethylene PEHD 500, reinforced with aluminium or stainless angle bars. All guide rails are made of stainless steel and are adjustable both in height and width. Constructed of low friction polyacetal, the conveyor chain is 55 mm wide, with a pitch of 38,1 mm.

 Drivstasjon
Art.nr. 315-P3DRIVST21501 The Drive Unit is fitted at the end of a track with a minimum straight length of 500 mm. Motor and worm gear reduction are fitted directly to the shaft. The conveyor chain can be tighten up to increase control and safety by means of a self-adjusting stretching device. This device is located beneath the conveyor track. The stretching device is covered and protected by a washing basin. Connected to a water supply, the washing basin serves as a chain rinsing device. |

Art.nr. 314-P3PEVE1T11714 (Manual Left), 314-P3PEVE1T11715 (Manual Right), 314-P3PA1B2T1001 (Automatic) The Divider, which may be manual or automatic, consists of a straight-through track, an idler wheel unit and a hand or pneumatically operated dividing arm, leading the cartons to one track or the other. |
 Samkjøringspens
The Combiner, also manual or automatic, accepts cartons from two tracks, supplying a single track to the packing machine. The automatic type is operated by carton sensors on each track. The unit consists of a straight-through track, a drive unit and a dividing arm. |
 Kjedestrammer
Art.nr. 317-P3KJSTRT11422 (Chain Tensioner), 317-P3VASKET11418 (Washing bassin) Chain Tensioners are used in front of Drive Units. The conveyorbelt should always be tightened to increase control and safety by means of this self-adjusting stretching device. The chain tensioner is located beneath the conveyor track. The chain tensioner will normally be covered and protected by a washing basin. Connected to the water supply, the basin serves as a chain rinsing device. |
 Kartongfelle
Art.nr. 317-P3KAFELT11712, 317-P3KAFELT21686 This unit traps fallen cartons and slides them into a collector or container. The unit is fitted to the track at a point shortly after the filling machine. An alternative carton trap for fitting at 90° bends is also available. |
 Kartongvender
Art.nr. 317-P3KAVET21533 The unit turns the cartons 90°, operating on a continuous queue. It is fitted to a track with a minimum recommended length of 1 m. |
 Kartongbrems
Art.nr. 317-P3KABR2T11409 This unit stops cartons and takes the pressure from a que when a signal from a quecontrol is received. The brake is operated and controlled by pneumatic equipment. The operatingtime can be adjusted from 0 sec. to 30 sec. Brakes can be fitted to the conveyorsystem with c-c min. 150 mm. |
 Utmater
Three different discharge units can be delivered for Elopaks filling machines. The discharge units have stainless chains which takes the cartons from the fillingmachine to the conveyorsystem. All discharge units can be delivered with inverter or mechanical variator as speed control. Art.nr. 319-P3UTMAT142622 (Discharge Unit 1) Follows the buttomrail up and down to collect the cartons. Takes the cartons further on P3-conveyors. Art.nr. 319-P3UTMV5T12118 (Discharge Unit 5) This unit can only be mounted in buttom position. Collecting all cartonsizes in the buttom position. Takes the cartons further on conveyors. Art.nr. 319-P3UTMV7T12184 (Discharge Unit 7) This unit can only be mounted in buttom position. Collecting all cartonsizes in the buttom position. Takes the cartons further on different conveyor systems. |

The Conveyor Chain is a "table-top" type, 55 mm or 82.5 mm wide, with a pitch of 38.1 mm. |
For
heavily loaded conveyors, the conveyor chain runs around a plastic wheel
embedded in a plain bearing.
